about us
A lasting legacy
At Vistry, we build homes and create sustainable new communities leaving a lasting legacy of places where people love to live. As the country’s largest homebuilder, we leverage our expertise, skills and scale to deliver quality new housing.
our approach
Our mixed tenure Partnerships model delivers high quality affordable, private rented and private for sale homes, uniquely aligning Vistry with the country’s acute housing needs.
On each of our developments we presell a minimum of 50% of our new homes to our partners including registered providers, local authorities, and private rented sector providers. This is delivered through our Countryside Partnerships brand.
Through our leading consumer brands Bovis Homes, Linden Homes and Countryside Homes, we sell quality homes to our private buyers.
We invest in high quality development opportunities that support the group’s future housing delivery.
We pride ourselves on building excellence, on driving forward future homes standards, and delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Vistry Works, our three timber frame factories, are at the core of our operational and sustainability strategy.
Our Partnerships approach means we can build quality new homes at pace, drive efficiency and higher return on capital employed.
Through our multi-tenure developments, we build communities that people will love living in for years and decades to come.
Our Brand Evolution
Every home we build is part of a bigger picture: creating connected, thriving neighbourhoods. Our brands have always been central to this vision, and we’re proud to introduce the next chapter in their story.
Our refreshed identity brings a modern look and feel, clearer distinction for our retail brands, and a united purpose: delivering sustainable homes, thriving communities, and lasting social value.
Each brand retains its unique character while reflecting Vistry’s commitment to quality and innovation. This evolution ensures we continue to offer choice and confidence for our customers and partners, while creating places people love to live.
