Vistry to build 266 homes in Gloucestershire
Vistry has completed the acquisition of 266 new homes in Cam, Gloucestershire.
In line with its partner delivery model, Vistry has simultaneously forward-sold 160 of the homes to Thriving Investments, the fund management arm of Places for People, which will be delivered as affordable housing.
The remaining 106 homes will be sold on the open market by Vistry’s housebuilding brand Linden Homes.
The new homes will be built across four land parcels that form part of a wider site, where Vistry has already successfully delivered 238 homes.

By working in partnership with Thriving Investments, more than half of them will be available in affordable housing tenures, making a major contribution to the area’s affordable housing supply and giving local people genuine opportunities to own or rent a quality new home.”
