Vistry completes deal with Amplius on 128 affordable homes at Quantum Fields in Littleport

Vistry, the UK’s leading provider of mixed-tenure homes, has completed the sale of 128 affordable homes at Quantum Fields in Littleport to leading housing provider Amplius, supporting the delivery of much-needed affordable housing while investing in local community infrastructure.

The deal comprises 64 additionality affordable homes alongside 64 Section 106 units, helping to meet local housing need and creating greater housing choice for residents in East Cambridgeshire.

The homes represent the second affordable housing phase to be delivered at Quantum Fields and form part of Phase 3 of the wider development, which will deliver 286 homes in total, including 34 self-build plots for local people looking to design and build their own homes.

As part of its commitment to creating sustainable places, Vistry has also contributed £1.1 million to Littleport Town Council to support the delivery of community infrastructure. Construction of a new community centre has already commenced, providing a focal point for residents and supporting the long-term growth of the area.

Completion for Phase 3 at Quantum Fields is anticipated for 2030.
