Vistry hands over first 77-homes at The Meadows in Keresley, Warwickshire
Vistry Group has reached a key delivery milestone at The Meadows at Woodland View in Keresley, to the north of Coventry, with 77 homes now completed and handed over across the second phase of the scheme, as work continues to create a well-connected new community with placemaking at its heart.
The phase will deliver 290 mixed-tenure homes in total, supporting local housing need and helping to shape a balanced, sustainable neighbourhood through a combination of 55 affordable homes for Citizen, 147 private rented sector homes for L&G’s Single-Family Rental platform, and 88 open market homes delivered by Vistry.
To date, 16 homes have been handed over to Citizen, 35 have been completed for L&G, and 26 open market homes have been sold on the open market through Vistry’s Linden brand, demonstrating continued progress across all tenures and supporting the creation of a new place where residents can put down roots.

Located in Keresley, less than four miles north of Coventry city centre, The Meadows is bringing forward a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes in a setting that combines access to nearby countryside with connections to schools, shops, transport links and local services.

Homes at The Meadows are being built with energy-efficient features designed to help residents reduce running costs and support more sustainable living.
